Position
This position in based in Rome.
The candidate will provide valuable support to the Events team on the future projects and develop a foundational understanding of events management within the context of a dynamic fashion brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team in creating updated decks for internal and external presentations;
- Support the team in logistic tasks related to the organization of the events, especially Exhibitions;
- Cooperate with the team in creating working staff list on the occasion of Fashion shows and Events;
- Support in the coordination of hospitality suppliers;
- Collaborate in collecting all sustainability data related to Fashion Shows interacting with each external supplier and Fendi Sustainability Team
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Languages, Humanities or Management Engineering and Architecture;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package (Excel and Power Point);
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible and proactive attitude;
- Strong teamworking approach
Additional Information
The candidate will have a 360-degree view of the management of an Event with a specific focus on the organization of Fashion shows/Dinner/Exhibition, learning several technical aspect as well as internal and external stakeholders coordination.
The candidate will improve and speed up all the processes approaching the projects with her/his own educational background and applying new technologies.
