Intimate Apparel company is seeking a creative & passionate Designer for their women’s team with at least 4+ years’ experience within the category. Off price, fast fashion experience a plus.
The Designer will be responsible for:
– Market, trend, and brand research
– Developing & presenting trend, color, print, and silhouette concepts on a monthly cadence
– Be involved in every step of the development process with sales and design
– Maintaining deadlines for multiple projects
– Ensuring designs are competitive and trend forward
– Utilize PLM software for product development
– Collaborating with a fun & talented team of designers
– Daily communication with Product Management, Technical Design, and Production to make sure product is productionable and cost effective
Requirements:
– Fashion Design or similar degree
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
– Experience in flat CAD work
– Understanding of developing & coloring print artwork
– PLM or similar program experience
– 4+ years industry experience
– Authorization to work in the US
– Experience in 3D and/ or AI a plus
