Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Specialist located in Cambridge, MA. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing physical inventory, ensuring accurate inventory control, and managing inventory systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, performing regular inventory audits, communicating with suppliers and team members, and providing excellent customer service to maintain inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in retail or dispensary settings is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management is beneficial
