Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Investment Operations Professional to play a key role in our daily operations and in help to improv our Operational processes.
Please note, we are primarily looking for someone to be based in our offices in Yerevan with reporting line to the Head of Operations who is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Cash Management: Debt collection and payments to investors.
Prepare instructions for the settlement of FX hedging instruments.
Manage the Calculating Agent function for bond instruments.
Manage coordination with third party service providers: Custodians, Fund Managers, Paying agent, Brokers and Fund Managers.
Respond to client queries (internal or external) in a timely fashion to ensure all queries are logged and resolved within the appropriate time frame. Escalate issues if necessary.
Identify process improvements and propose actionable solutions leveraging current system in place and/or excel macros.
Active participation in projects.

We are looking for a dynamic person who is autonomous, experienced in Investments Operations, with strong computer literacy skills and able to work in a challenging changing environment.
More specifically, we have the following requirements:
Keen interest in Investment Operations with relevant experience (+3y) in a Bank or Financial Institution.
University degree in Finance or equivalent.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and to work in a team with outstanding cooperative skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (macro level). Good knowledge of Bloomberg.
Experience in projects related to financial operations and data migration, a strong plus.
Fluent English. French and Spanish a strong plus.
