Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate stock control. Staff Supervision:Training, motivating, and mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to company policies. Store Operations:Maintaining store cleanliness, presentation, and security, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Financial Management:Preparing reports on sales and other metrics, managing expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records. Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to the sale of precious metals and gems.
