Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role located in Springfield, IL. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting quality jewelry, provide guidance on design options, and deliver a memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities include offering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and ensuring the presentation of the store meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to create an exceptional Customer Experience by understanding needs and recommending suitable products.
- Experience in Retail Sales and knowledge of Jewelry Design is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for jewelry and fashion trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a retail or luxury goods environment is a plus.
