Each creation is a tribute to beauty, precision, and emotional storytelling. We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Designer to join our studio and contribute to the creative evolution of the brand.
Position Overview.
With deep respect for Giuliana’s design philosophy, the Fine Jewelry Designer will be responsible for creating original concepts and overseeing projects from the first sketch through to final production. You will contribute to the creative development of collections by producing hand renderings, gouache drawings, and 3D models, working closely with the Creative Director and in collaboration with our master jewelers.
Key Responsibilities.
Conceptualize and design fine jewelry creations in alignment with the brand’s aesthetic.
Produce detailed sketches, gouache renderings, and 3D representations for design validation.
Collaborate with CAD teams, gemologists, and production workshops to guide designs from concept through to realization.
Oversee the aesthetic and technical development of designs, ensuring feasibility while preserving creative integrity.
Provide all necessary elements for understanding, manufacturing, and setting of pieces.
Propose design adaptations where necessary to meet production requirements without compromising artistic intent.
Act as a creative ambassador for the brand’s vision, elevating both design and craftsmanship standards.
Profile.
Degree in Jewelry Design or Applied Arts from a prestigious institution.
Minimum 4 years of experience in high jewelry or fine jewelry design, ideally within a luxury studio environment.
Strong command of freehand drawing and mastery of gouache techniques.
Proficient in 2D and 3D design tools, with the ability to create clear and communicative technical drawings.
Deep passion for gemstones, with refined sensitivity to color, volume, and proportion.
Technical understanding of jewelry production and ability to liaise with workshops to monitor and guide the realization process.
International background or cross-cultural experience that brings creative depth and perspective.
Strong aesthetic sensibility, openness to the world of art and design, and ability to interpret creative briefs with finesse.
Highly collaborative, curious, detail oriented, and grounded in humility and team spirit.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
