Jewelry Sales & Custom Design Associate – Salma’s Custom Design Jewelry
Salma’s Custom Design Jewelry & Diamonds is seeking a creative and experienced Jewelry Sales Associate specializing in custom design. We need someone who not only has a strong background in jewelry sales but also understands the art of custom design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through custom design processes—repurposing old jewelry or creating unique pieces from scratch.
- Visualize customer ideas and translate them into design concepts, collaborating with design teams.
- Leverage your knowledge of diamonds (4Cs) and metals (silver, gold, lab-grown diamonds) to support sales.
- Provide friendly, personable service and achieve sales goals.
- Bring prior experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and operational tasks.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, understanding how to promote custom design services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of jewelry sales experience, including custom design work.
- Ability to visualize and conceptualize unique pieces from customer input.
- Marketing experience to support promotion of custom services.
- Strong communication, inventory management, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility for full- or part-time work.
