Jr Experiential Designer
Location: Hybrid in NYC
We are seeking a passionate and creative Jr Experiential Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Jr Experiential Designer, you will be responsible for bringing our clients’ visions to life by creating breathtaking and memorable events. This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, transforming their ideas into stunning visual experiences. Your creativity will shine as you design everything from layouts and decor to lighting and floral arrangements, ensuring that every aspect of the event aligns with the client’s vision.
As a Jr Experiential Designer, you will also be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets while collaborating with vendors to source materials and services. Your ability to adapt to changing trends and client feedback will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to develop unique design concepts tailored to their vision.
Create detailed sketches and renderings of proposed designs.
Communicate effectively with vendors to procure necessary materials and services.
Assist in preparing comprehensive design proposals and presentations.
Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality execution of designs.
Stay updated on current design trends to inspire innovative solutions.
Modify designs based on client feedback and evolving project requirements.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in event design, interior design, graphic design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) with a solid understanding of design principles.
Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Google Workplace tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
A robust portfolio showcasing your design style and creativity.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for creating floor plans and layouts.
Experience using project management software to track progress and deadlines.
