RUDE Cosmetics, a dynamic and innovative beauty brand, is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you are passionate about makeup, have an eye for the latest trends, and possess a deep understanding of makeup’s use and functionality, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will translate your expertise into captivating packaging designs and engaging web/social media banners.
As a valued member of our design team, you will collaborate on various projects, including product design concepts, marketing materials, advertisements, promotional items, and website assets. We require intermediate to advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, and we are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual who is eager to gain experience in marketing and graphic design within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality and innovative marketing materials that captivate our target audience
Create and manage production-ready artwork for promotional printing and product mock-ups
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s image and maintain a cohesive visual identity
Provide support to the design team as needed
Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
Pay meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate strong proofreading skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of makeup brands, trends, and the practical application of makeup
Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with file management, particularly Google Drive
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated proofreading ability
Prior experience in graphic design for a beauty company is preferred
Experience:
Photography: 2 years (Preferred)
Photoshop: 3 years (Required)
Illustrator: 3 years (Required)
Graphic design: 3 years (Required)
Personal use of makeup: 5 years (Required)
