About Us
We are a product development and apparel design company that partners with leading fashion retailers and brands across men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, and headwear. Our team works closely with overseas factories to develop trend-driven products from concept through production.
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Graphic/Apparel Designer to support our Design Director with concept development, graphics, technical design, and product development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience working with major retail brands in a fast-paced product development environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Director with trend research and seasonal concept development
- Create apparel graphics, prints, logos, and artwork
- Develop hat concepts and accessory designs
- Build presentation boards, mood boards, and line sheets
- Create CADs, colorways, and technical flats
- Assist with tech packs and production-ready artwork
- Prepare Illustrator files for overseas factories
- Organize artwork, fabrics, trims, and development files
- Support sample development and revisions throughout the product development process
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines across multiple brands and seasons
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve creative workflow and productivity
- Experience creating CADs, technical flats, and apparel graphics
- Basic understanding of garment construction and product development
- Familiarity with overseas sourcing, sample development, and production processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Takes direction well while also working independently
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for fashion, trends, and product design across both men’s and women’s categories

Position Details
- Part-time / Contract
- Flexible schedule (approximately 15–30 hours per week)
- Hybrid in Long Beach preferred; remote applicants will be considered
