Hours:Part-Time (15-25 hours per week)
Compensation:Hourly (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior stylists with client preparation, shampooing, and simple styling.
Maintain a clean and organizedwork environmentto ensure a pleasant salon experience for all clients.
Engage with clients to ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Manage salon supplies and inventory.
Participate in ongoing training and workshops provided by the salon to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid MA Cosmetology License.
Availability to work Saturdays andflexible hoursduring the week.
No previous experience required; however, a strong passion for hairstyling and beauty is essential.
Excellentcommunication skillsand the ability to work effectively in a team.
