Dynamic Solutions GTA is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Brand Associate to join our growing team.
We are a sales and marketing company representing national and international brands. Our focus is on increasing brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and driving customer acquisition through campaigns and strategic promotional initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in branding, client relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent client brands professionally in direct marketing and promotional campaigns
• Interact with clients and customers to build strong, lasting relationships
• Coordinate with team members and senior leaders to support campaign execution
• Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing campaigns
• Create brand exposure through customer engagement and outreach
• Provide product and service information to potential customers
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and campaign updates
• Gather customer feedback to improve brand performance
• Participate in training sessions and leadership development workshops
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident approach in customer-facing environments
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday)
• Team-oriented with leadership potential
Customer service, sales, or management experience is an asset but not required.
