Junior Brand Manager

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for helping us attract and onboard large, high-profile brands onto our marketplace platform. While you may have limited experience, we’re looking for someone with a strong passion for brand building, strategic thinking, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our senior brand management team to help create compelling strategies that will entice well-known brands to partner with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and approaching high-potential brands for partnership opportunities.

Support the development of tailored pitches and presentations for potential brand partners.

Collaborate with senior Brand Managers to define brand onboarding strategies and campaigns.

Conduct market research to understand key industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Help manage communications with brand partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Analyze brand performance and contribute to reports that will inform strategic decisions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging brand opportunities to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in brand management, sales, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Advanced English (spoken and written)

A passion for e-commerce and an eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
