About ELVN

ELVN is a premium activewear brand built for modern women who value movement, confidence, and style. We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to help shape the brand’s voice, manage campaigns, work with creators, and ensure every customer touchpoint feels distinctly ELVN. The role combines creativity, execution, and data-driven decision-making.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day brand execution across social media, campaigns, launches, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with content creators, photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance, website data, and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Track competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in fitness, fashion, and wellness.
  • Support new collection launches, product storytelling, and go-to-market plans.
  • Work closely with performance marketing, design, customer support, and operations teams.
  • Assist in community-building initiatives, events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touch points including website, social media, emails, packaging, and customer communication.  

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, content marketing, and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and campaign reports.
  • Passion for fitness, fashion, wellness, and consumer brands.
  • Ability to move fast in a startup environment and take ownership beyond the job description.  

Bonus Points

  • Experience with D2C fashion, activewear, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Shopify.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and UGC content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury/premium brand positioning.
