Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortliche Steuerung ein oder mehrerer Warenkategorien im Einkauf
Unterstützung der Sortiments- und Produktstrategien und die Entwicklung bzw. Organisation effektiver Beschaffungsstrategien für Eigen- und Handelsmarken
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines klar positionierten und differenzierten Produktportfolios für die relevanten Kundengruppen
Entwicklung/Weiterentwicklung neuer und bestehender Produkte, Programme und Show Konzepte
Bewertung und Festlegung des Lieferantenportfolios auf der Basis von Beschaffungsmärkten, Konditionen, sowie dem Markt- und Mitbewerberumfeld
Präsentation der Marken und Sortimentsstrategien in Gremien
Rechtzeitige Platzierung von Tagesangebote, geplanten Premieren, Kampagnen und Events
Verhandlungen von bestmöglichen Einkaufspreisen und Konditionen
Regelmäßige Lieferantenmeetings zwecks der Analyse der Produktperformance sowie Entwicklung neuer Konzepte, welche im Einklang mit den QVC-Zielen und Qualitätsstandards sind
Erhebung regelmäßiger Markt- und Wettbewerberanalysen
Eingangsvoraussetzungen:
Hochschulabschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Handel
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im nationalen/internationalen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem Multichannel Umfeld
Produkt-/Marktkenntnisse
Kenntnisse in der operativen Sortimentsplanung und -entwicklung
Geschickter Umgang mit einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen
Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
Kreativität in Produktentwicklung und Markenbildung
Hohe Kundenorientierung
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
