The Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Duties
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices.
Maintain an organized workspace
Educate clients on hair care products
Skills
Proficient in cosmetology practices with a strong foundation in color theory.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
