A well-established international fashion and lifestyle business is looking for a Junior Creative Manager to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2-4 years’ experience in a fashion, retail, lifestyle or creative agency environment who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and project management.

Working closely with the Brand and Marketing teams, you will help deliver seasonal campaigns, e-commerce assets and creative projects across digital, retail and wholesale channels.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in bringing brand campaigns to life by coordinating creative projects from concept through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns
Managing the delivery of e-commerce creative assets
Coordinating campaign timelines, budgets and external creative partners
Developing creative briefs and ensuring projects are delivered on time
Supporting campaign photography, production and post-production
Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Reviewing creative assets before final approval
Supporting content rollout across E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, Retail, Wholesale and PR
Researching market trends, competitors and cultural influences
Managing creative assets and campaign documentation
Supporting and mentoring the Marketing & Creative Assistant

About You

You’ll ideally have:

2-4 years’ experience within Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle or a Creative Agency
Strong Creative Production and Project Management experience
Experience delivering E-commerce content and digital assets
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and campaign execution
Experience working with photographers, production teams and creative agencies
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Software Experience with:

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat advantageous)
Canva
Microsoft Office
PowerPoint
Excel
