Who You Are:
As the Junior CRM Analust, you will sitwithin the Global CRM team, and use your creativity and initiative to provide reports and meaningful insights that will support Jimmy Choo’s customer strategy. As a successful candidate, you will play a key part in developing a better understanding of our customers and in driving the performance of existing and new customer-centric programs.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the timely production of global CRM and ensure these are delivered to relevant stakeholders with actionable insights.
Develop and maintain high quality dashboards that are used across the business to monitor the performance of Global and Regional CRM campaigns; provide recommendations to increase ROI.
Generate customer segments and bespoke contact lists to be used for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to provide further insight into customers’ behaviour and preferences.
Actively contribute to the management of the CRM customer database (maintenance, cleansing, deduping, troubleshooting) and assist the regional teams in making the most of the CRM systems and reports.
Support regional stakeholders with ad-hoc data analysis and data insights.
You’ll Need to Have:
Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, statistics, economics, data science) or marketing
Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent (Data/Insight/Research)
Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large, complex data sets
Full proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools

detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
to be a quick learner, with a taste for discovering new software’s and spotting data inconsistencies
to work proactively and independently
organizational skills with an ability to multitask
to be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
acumen with an affinity for retail, fashion, or luxury industry
