Overview
Junior Designer Jobs in Antwerp, Flemish Region, Belgium at addmore®
Title: Junior Designer
Company: addmore®
Location: Antwerp, Flemish Region, Belgium
Build your creative muscle by designing for fast-moving SaaS companies—and grow while doing real work that matters.
At ++addmore, we help SaaS companies stand out with clear strategy, sharp positioning, and design that works. We’re looking for a Junior Designer who’s ready to take their first (or next) step in the world of digital design. You’ll join a team that values clarity over fluff, and creativity with purpose.
You don’t need a portfolio full of agency work—we care more about your eye for design, your eagerness to learn, and your drive to make things that look good and work well.
What you’ll be doing
As a Junior Designer, you’ll support our creative team in shaping the way SaaS products are presented across branding, websites, campaigns, and pitch decks. You’ll help turn strategy into visual stories—learning how to bring brand systems to life and communicate complex ideas through clean, effective design.
This is a role where you’ll grow fast. From day one, you’ll be working on real projects with real impact.
Your responsibilities will grow with you, but may include:
Creating visuals for websites, ads, landing pages, and presentations
Supporting brand development with logo, color, and typography systems
Helping bring product stories to life through visual storytelling
Collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and other designers to create cohesive work
Getting feedback and guidance to help sharpen your design eye and execution
Learning design tools, processes, and principles used in real SaaS branding projects
What we’re looking for
A recent graduate in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or similar
Or 1–2 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
A solid sense of visual style and attention to detail—you notice the small stuff
Some experience with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
Eager to learn, iterate, and grow—not afraid to try, fail, and try again
Bonus if you’ve worked on web or product-related projects, even small ones
What we offer
Paid role with hands-on experience from day one
Mentorship from senior designers and strategists
A say in real client work—you’re not just pushing pixels
Flexible work setup (remote-friendly & hybrid options)
Company laptop (MacBook)
Meal vouchers
A clear path to grow into a full Designer role
A collaborative team that loves good ideas, sharp execution, and low ego
