Job Introduction
We are looking for a social media obsessed digital designer. You’ll love coming up with creative content ideas, with fashion, beauty and women’s lifestyle at the centre of everything you do.
Main Responsibilities
Contribute to the day to day running of a busy social media design desk
Create all artwork for You’s Instagram and TikTok channels, working within brand guidelines
Develop creative, disruptive designs that will help us standout on our platforms
Support on the creation of commercial pitches and marketing materials
Work with picture agencies and illustrators
Keep up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements, and competitors
Support the design team in organising files and admin tasks
Person Specification
A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-year of industry experience
A portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design projects, preferably within beauty or fashion
Strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
A great eye for trends and contemporary design
A passion for women’s interest categories, particularly fashion and beauty
Highly organised, a sharp eye for consistency, strong attention to detail and comfortable working on a fast-paced desk
