We are looking for a driven and organised Junior Executive Assistant to support our team in Bangkok. This is a hands-on role for someone who is fashion-curious, takes initiative, and enjoys working across a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
– Support company set up, business development, and outreach activities
– Assist with operations, coordination, and day-to-day tasks
– Help organise events and meetings
– Manage scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups
– Coordinate across teams and external partners
Who you are
– 1–3 years of working experience; fashion, PR, marketing, or events background a plus
– Fluent in Thai and English
– Genuinely interested in fashion and womenswear
– Proactive, organised, and reliable
– Comfortable with hybrid and flexible working
– Based in Bangkok
