Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to develop the apparel, bag and shoes category’s assortment.
- Driving the process of product development (coordinating with garment factory).
- Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix (create assortment and collection) to achieve targeted sales and profit.
- Creating new ideas to expand the product’s market.
- Increasing market share.
- Identify and recommend resources in sourcing new ideas, and conduct ongoing competitor research/ trend analysis.
- Monitoring merchandise performance (Stock and Sales analysis).
- analyse and make decisions using retail math.
- Planning Merchandise clearance.
- Prepare and provide Merchandise performance report including trend analysis to support future plan.
- Collaborate across team to ensure the data support and align merchandising plan with business objective plan.
Key Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in merchandising position, from fashion industry preferable
- Mandarin language speaker prioritise
- Has good knowledge about product development
- Strong retails math & analytical skills and detail oriented
- .Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle
- Sharp business sense
- Strong interpersonal skill and great attitude
- Great team player
- Excellent in excel and computer tools
