Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Junior Visual Merchandiser based in Milan HQ. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Visual Merchandising Department.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
Assist in executing the company’s Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy, following guidelines to help communicate the creative vision with both Global and Regional teams.
Help implement VM concepts in stores and showrooms, ensuring they align with the guidelines and timelines set by HQ.
Assist in maintaining high visual standards and consistency across all regions
Help check and organize the photo reports (VM reports) received from regional teams and provide constructive feedback to improve visual displays.
Work closely with the team to understand the specific needs of different regions and assist in suggesting strategies or adjustments based on local requirements.
Support the Merchandising department in gathering necessary information to help set up seasonal product displays, ensuring alignment with the company’s product and image strategies.
Assist in ensuring that the creative vision is reflected in the displays, supporting commercial results.
Work closely with the Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent seasonal product display, in line with product and image strategies.
Key Requirements & Competencies
2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury industry;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues across different regions.
Knowledge of Photoshop and PowerPoint is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
