This is a hybrid role, consisting of three days in-office work and two days WFH.

This is an exciting, entry level creative opportunity to work within the fashion and retail industry with room to grow within the company. As Junior Graphic Designer, you will work alongside the creative and marketing teams as we work to deliver compelling, on-brand content to our consumers. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing and delivering a variety of marketing creative across platforms which includes (but not limited to) homepages, emails, digital advertising, retail signage and a variety of print pieces. The Junior Graphic Designer must be able to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of relevant software applications is necessary including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat with a willingness to learn new programs as we evolve.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·Collaborate closely with the design team to help build creative assets and provide important technical and operational support through the process.

·Abilityto execute creative in accordance with the brand vision.

·Ensure creative project requirements are met and produced on time.

·Handle work for both digital and print projects.

·Responsible for collecting, formatting, organizing, and uploading image files for cross-functional teams to easily find and use.

Prepare final files to specification for various print and digital formats (includes slicing).

Reformat artwork and photos in a variety of sizes (banner ads, social).

Create presentations for creative review.

Archive, clip paths, and adjust image files.

Some photo retouching as needed.

Collect and store final artwork within supplied guidelines.

Research industry trends and competitive landscape when required for new projects and/or creative direction.

Education and experience:

The position requires a degree or certificate preferably in Graphic Design.

Required skills and qualifications:

·Expert in-depth knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

·Experience in Figma is a plus (this is our primary digital design program so at least a willingness to learn).

·Attention to detail with a demonstrated drive for perfection.

·Ability to take direction and improve on creative as they work through it.

Amazing organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

High level of comfort for fashion and apparel design.

Invigorated by working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maneuver in constant change and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to problem solve.

Superb communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

1+ years of experience.

Strong graphic design skills, a passion for women’s fashion and an elevated design aesthetic.
