This is a practical execution role. We are looking for someone who can help promote online learning opportunities, support digital growth activities, follow clear instructions, and report results properly.
You do not need to be a senior expert, but you must be proactive, internet-savvy, organised, and serious about online work.
Compensation
6,850 PLN gross per month
What you will do
- Promote online courses and learning opportunities through digital channels
- Support growth campaigns using simple, trackable methods
- Help increase registrations, engagement, and learner activity
- Follow campaign instructions and document what you did
- Report clearly on actions taken and results achieved
- Assist with simple outreach, posting, and digital promotion tasks
- Support testing of messages, formats, and channels when needed
Requirements
- Fluent English communication
- Comfortable using the internet for work
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Able to organise simple reports in Google Sheets or Excel
- Responsible, consistent, and able to work remotely
- Interested in digital marketing, growth, outreach, or online promotion
Preferred but not required
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Experience with social media pages, outreach, promotions, communities, or online projects
- Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, or other basic digital tools
- Any personal project, small page, portfolio, or example of online work
Hiring process
Step 1: Application review

You will receive a clear Approved or Disapproved reply.
Step 2: Short interview and one-week practical task
Approved candidates will be invited to a short interview and then asked to complete a short practical stage focused on promoting the IBM SkillsBuild platform.
This stage lasts only one week. We keep the process short because we respect your time and effort. We do not want candidates spending weeks in a long hiring process without clarity. If there is a good fit, we want to identify it quickly. If there is not, we prefer to be clear and not waste anyone’s time.
Step 3: Final decision
We review the application, interview, task quality, and overall fit before making the final decision.
