We are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner in our Region EMEA.
The Junior HR Business Partner will be support the HR Business Partner Retail for all the personnel-related matters, from recruiting to people management, for the retail employees of Italy and Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the selection process, from recruitment to hiring, guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience across all steps;
· Guarantee a precise and fast recruiting process at Retail level;
· Contribute to shape regional projects based on local needs and exigencies;
· Partner closely and collaborate with Emea HO/Retail Team;
· Support HR BP to timely manage administrative/legal HR processes and procedures;
Requirements:
· Minimum experience in similar position;
· Passionate for retail and fashion;
· Flexilibility and multi-tasking;
· Problem solving mindset;
· Organizational and time management skills;
· Proficiency in Italian English & Spanish.
