Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Jewelry & Hair Accessory Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in and a passion for jewelry and hair accessory design, and will be eager to contribute innovative ideas while learning from experienced professionals. This role will involve collaboration on various projects, including utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite as well as hand manipulation to create samples.
Duties
Assist in the development of design concepts for various projects.
Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe software.
Collaborate with senior designers to refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Support product management by maintaining organized files of design work and project documentation.
Stay updated on current design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Hand manipulation skills with metals and beading.
Familiarity with design principles and practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the design field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
