Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant – U.S. Market
As we enter a new phase of development in the United States, we’re looking for a dynamic team member to support both marketing and sales operations. This cross-functional role reports directly to our Global CMO.
Location: Montepulciano (SI)
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with a one-hour break)
✈️ Occasional travel required
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze sales and inventory data (internal and distributor-side)
Support go-to-market operations: update price lists, catalogs, technical sheets, COLA, etc.
Coordinate producer visits and assist with event/trade show planning
Collaborate on website content with the marketing team
Potential support on U.S. social media channels in coordination with the U.S. team
Work closely with the Global CEO, U.S. managing partners, sales team, and supply manager
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent command of English (mother tongue or C2 level) and fluency in Italian are required.
Degree in marketing, business, international studies, or related field
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Data-savvy with collaborative spirit
Proactive, results-driven, eager to grow in a dynamic international setting
