The Role
We’re hiring a junior AI Marketing Specialist to help us work smarter across content, campaigns, and customer communication. This isn’t a “use ChatGPT to write captions” role. We want someone who genuinely understands how AI tools fit into a real marketing workflow — and can help build ours.
What You’ll Do
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to support content creation, campaign ideation, and copywriting
• Help manage and optimize email marketing flows (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Build and test prompts that maintain INEA’s brand voice across outputs
• Assist with UTM tracking, performance reporting, and Shopify analytics
• Support the team on campaign execution and day-to-day marketing operations
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related field
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools — not just awareness of them
• Fluency in English
• An eye for aesthetics — you instinctively know what looks and sounds like INEA
• Curious, self-directed, and comfortable figuring things out
Nice to Have
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or email automation
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce analytics
• Fashion or lifestyle brand background
