Requirements:
• B.Tech/Graduate
• Mandatory: 2 years manufacturing experience
• Preferred: 2 years in buying house/buying agency
Note: Candidates with overall experience above 4–5 years will not be considered
We need someone who:
• Is quick to adapt and open to handling new product categories
• Has strong sourcing and coordination skills
• Understands basics of sales, retail & product positioning
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient in MS Excel & order management tools
• Has a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Relevant background in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related fields preferred.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser – Home Textiles based in Gurugram. The Junior Merchandiser will support the end-to-end merchandising cycle, including product development follow-up, sample coordination, purchase order execution, and tracking production milestones with vendors. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining product specifications, assisting in costing and price negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams such as design, quality, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves regular communication with customers and suppliers to share updates, address queries, and resolve operational issues. The Junior Merchandiser will also monitor market trends, support the creation of product presentations, and contribute to sales and merchandising reports to help drive business growth.
