Role |We are seeking aJunior People Operations Specialistto join Ukio’s People team based in our Barcelona office. Together with the rest of the team, you will be our first point of contact for all employee queries across the business. You will be in charge of Onboarding new team members across the business and supporting them understanding their path at Ukio through our mission, values, benefits and processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys connecting with people and is brilliant at communicating with international teams.
Reporting directly into the Senior People Operations, you’ll be the go-to person on the ground for all employees across Ukio. You will ensure an aligned and consistent approach to people operations across the business, delivering exceptional results against the People Team strategy and goals.
Responsibilities |
First point of contact for employees across Ukio People-related topics
Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees across multiple markets. Ensuring an engaging and consistent experience
Manage and execute all the administrative steps to enroll a new employee at any Ukio location
Work as a team with the rest of the People Team to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
Support the rest of the People Operations team with all employee lifecycle administration of our UKIO’s teams across Europe
