ABOUT YOU
We are seeking ahands-on, solution-driven andinnovativeJunior NPD Manager, with a passion for scientific skincare, to join ourfast-pacedproduct team. The ideal candidate will help to manage multiple end-to-end product developments with keenattention to detail, ensuring the best possible business launch of all innovations, across a planned product pipeline. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage all aspects of the product life cycle with confidence and ease.
WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO
Your key responsibilities are;
· Contributing and creating skincare NPD both present and future for the brand, with a focus on science, in line with brand positioning and ethos.
· Full cross-functional CPAproject managementof multiple high paced projects – coordinating and deliveringinnovativeproducts with a luxury feel on time and in full. Establish and define project lead times and full critical path.
· Identifying potential roadblocks to projects in advance for quick proactive solutions in coordination with manager and wider business where necessary.
· Crosscollaborationand strongcommunicationwith operational and supply chain teams to manage products from ideation stage to delivery into warehouse.
· Supporting with presenting projects and/or creative new ideas to upper managementinclusiveof founders, COO and commercial teams.
· Strong supplier relationship management with the ability to negotiate timings, pricing and order quantities with ease.
· Coordination and trialing of supplier samples within the business to deliver speedy and aligned feedback from key stakeholders.
· Close management of the EPD process to carry out change control with strongattention to detail.
· Management of user and clinical trials (testing procedures and protocols) and agreement of key claims, in conjunction with the marketing team as well as upper management.
· Oversee full product packaging process including packaging style, specifications, pre-production samples and artworks incollaborationwith design team.
· Strong working relationship with Regulatory manager on all aspects of products. Management of product requirements for registrations in key territoriesinclusiveof domestic China.
