We’re now looking for a Junior Sales Team Lead to join our to join our Buy&Sell team in Abidjan

This role is perfect for someone with a background in telesales who’s ready to step into a leadership position. You’ll manage and guide a team of 15+ outsourced telemarketers — overseeing performance, ensuring quality conversations with users, and helping the team achieve ambitious sales goals*.

Your responsibilities:

– Lead and coordinate a team of outsourced telesales agents

– Provide sales scripts, track usage, and ensure adherence

– Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement

– Review and improve user communication

– Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and tools

What we’re looking for:

– Previous experience in sales and basic team management

– Clear, confident communication skills

– Background in retail, marketplaces, or other high-traffic sales environments

– Results-driven mindset and attention to detail

– Basic English (enough to understand and communicate in a team)
