Position Overview
The Junior Showroom & E-Commerce Operations Associate is a part-time, fully in-person entry-level role supporting daily showroom operations, inventory management, and e-commerce execution. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in retail operations within a growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Operations
- Assist with weekly physical inventory counts and Shopify reconciliation.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain organized stock areas, including labeling, box management, and product protection.
- Support order fulfillment and proper restocking after returns.
Showroom Sales Support
- Deliver a professional and welcoming in-person client experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and sizing guidance.
- Track and support showroom sales performance, including Average Order Value (AOV).
- Maintain visual and organizational standards in the showroom.
Customer Service & E-Commerce Support
- Assist with return processing and tracking return reasons.
- Maintain a 24-hour response standard for return and refund inquiries.
- Support product page accuracy and content updates when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel; Shopify experience is a plus.
- Professional communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
