ABOUT BASE SOCIALS
BASE Socials is a boutique social media agency working with luxury beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands, known for taste, discretion and deep client relationships. BASE is growing, and looking for its first coordinator to grow alongside it.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role supporting BASE’s own brand and the strategic work behind its clients. You'll work directly with the founder, learning the craft and the luxury aesthetic from the inside. You’ll focus on:
- Building Base's own social presence and growing the brand voice with the founder
- Content creation: capturing, editing and shaping posts with an eye for the luxury feel
- Supporting strategic projects and day-to-day coordination behind client work
- Helping keep things organized: assets, scheduling, inbox and general admin
Note that the role can grow into client-facing work, UGC coordination and more strategic responsibility over time.
WHO YOU ARE
This is a junior role, ideal for someone around 0-2 years of experience.
- You have experience with and love to create content, whether for yourself or in a previous role
- You have an affinity for luxury and understand the aesthetic instinctively
- You're detail-oriented; the small things matter to you
- You're an excellent, warm communicator with strong written English
- You're reliable and punctual
- You're driven, resilient and motivated to grow

THE DETAILS
- Hours: Part-time, 12–20 hours/week to start, with potential to expand over time
