Your Path to Success Starts Here
As a Salon Associate, you will receive comprehensive training while assisting in the salon’s daily operations. This immersive program will prepare you for a successful transition into a Level One Stylist role at The Keep Salon.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
Welcome and assist clients to ensure a five-star salon experience.
Observe and learn from top industry professionals.
Shampoo, apply glosses, treatments, and style hair under the guidance of the owner.
Mix and apply color, mastering our exclusive L’Oréal Professional color lines.
Practice cutting, coloring, and styling techniques on mannequins and live models.
Assist in creating engaging social media content to showcase salon work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury salon environment (laundry, dishes, light cleaning).
Your Growth at The Keep Salon
Upon successfully completing the program, you will be promoted to a Level One Stylist, where you will:
Build and grow your own clientele through referrals and salon-supported social media.
Continue skill development with advanced education and hands-on practice.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: Wednesday (11 AM – 8 PM), Thursday-Saturday (9 AM – 7 PM).
Flexible scheduling, approximately 30 hours per week.
$17/hour to start plus guaranteed tips ($5 per rinse, $10 per style).
