OverviewThe MCO Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Junior Stylist to support our Head Stylist and in-house Studio Production team across the portfolio’s brands. The right candidate is detail oriented and organized with an elevated taste level and interest in expanding their on-set experience working across multiple brands. They are a proactive team player, excellent communicator, and will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands on-environment and is happy to offer their support as needed across the business.

The role reports to the Head Stylist. They will support the business both on and off set across the portfolio’s brands to ensure the success of all e-commerce, still-life, campaign, and lookbook photoshoots.

Role OverviewThe Junior Stylist will report into the Head Stylist and will be responsible to be on set for all ghost mannequin shoots in addition to assisting on all on-figure photoshoots for e-commerce, still life, lookbooks, and campaigns across the portfolio brands. They will also partner with the Head Stylist to work across the studio team to carry out various administrative and organizational duties that are critical to the efficiency and success of the Creative, Marketing, & Studio Production teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Experienced in working efficiently and with precision in a fast paced, high volume studio environment

Lead all styling execution on set for ghost mannequin still life shoots

Support the Head stylist by organizing, prepping and steaming all product on set prior to each model fitting, e-commerce, still life, lookbook, and editorial shoot

Dress models for all photoshoots, model fittings, and castings

Responsible for organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the studio, sample closet, seasonal accessories, and styling supply kits

Lead the management of all styling credits and Complete the Look documents for e-commerce, still-life, and editorial shoots

Assist the Head Stylist with administrative tasks and document management during all style-outs for e-commerce and editorial shoots

Assist the Sample Coordinator with all sample trafficking and management, ensuring that all product is on-hand for the Head Stylist prior to shooting

Assist the Studio Production team with asset management, as needed

Assist the Studio Production team with prepping for all still life sets

Work with the Head Stylist to compile research for upcoming seasonal projects, editorials, and campaigns

Partner with on-set photographers to ensure that all product tag/label information is correct for photo naming prior to shooting on set

Support and assist across the Studio and Marketing teams as needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

2+ years of onset experience styling for e-commerce and/or editorial shoots

Detail oriented, proactive self-starter, confident decision maker, and team player

Ability to juggle multiple projects, and priorities while staying organized

Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal

Appreciation and passion for Club Monaco’s brand, creative styles and sensibility
