Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern who will report to the Human Resources Manager, as part of our dynamic team in Malaysia.

How you will contribute

Assist in recruitment process including job posting, arranging interviews and ensure proper recording of candidate profiles.

Maintenance of employees e-Personal files.

Support employee onboarding process and drafting of employee movement announcements.

Support and assist in staff engagement events within Kering Malaysia office.

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who you are

Undergraduates who have completed their first two (2) years of Degree course in Business, Management, Human Resources or related disciplines.

Availability of 4 months and above.

Organized, meticulous and able to work independently.

Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, team-player.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
