The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Creating strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing customer to generate new sales.

– Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

– Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

– Managing a group of important Key Accounts which have been identified to achieve designated sales targets for both KAM and New Accounts through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these key accounts.

– Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

– Managing and maintaining these Key Accounts while also expanding new and existing key customers accounts.

– Responsible for the achievement of sales quota and will be assigned key objectives relevant to both existing and new key accounts.

– Daily communication with our business clients.

– Arranging onsite and offsite meetings with new and existing KAM to show samples and company’s current range of product.

– KAM will maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses to determine how best to service, drive business and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.

– Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

– Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

– Comp shops to ensure you are familiar with Key Accounts current products in store and sharing this information with internal business units in Alpha Group

– Work closely with various business department within Alpha Group to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.

– Weekly calls with various business units in Alpha Group to grow relationship, understand any concerns and communicate strategy for Key Account.

– Liaising with manager and business units regarding samples required for UK Office as per timetable agreed.

– Attending internal meetings as required.

– Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

– Weekly touch base with manager.

– Passion for fashion/lifestyle sales, product, and retail

– Able to work with various teams and adapt to different culture

– Confident communicator – written, verbal and presentation

– Commercial judgment coupled with an ability to offer solutions to Customer problems

– Ability to build & maintain strong key relationships

– Self-motivated with an ability to spot opportunities and maximise them

– Generate excitement and enthusiasm

– Efficient under pressure with an ability to prioritise

– Experience of working to margin/roll-up and seasonal targets

– Must be able to multitask
