Job DescriptionAs a Key Account Manager – Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer growth on the digital marketplace platform with our key partners in the Turkish market. You will build strong partnerships to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing the profit.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

Act as a brand ambassador and build the H&M brand in the marketplace digital environment

Set, optimize and secure strong activity plans for the brand within the Turkish market. Gain familiarity with the commercial agenda of our partners and maximize selling peaks through accurate forecasting and inventory planning.

Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of catalog, content, callouts, assortment, and offers within the Turkish market.

Reports sales analyses, ROI and develops sales through consistent follow-ups with marketplace partners.

Drive and promote a consistent, brand-appropriate presence across all high engagement visibility areas on marketplace/ communications through strong price and product presentation within Turkish market.

Ensure that H&M is well-represented during key selling and customer base-building time period.

Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, visuals, business tech, marketing and logistics and meet revenue goals in the Turkish marketplace.

Continuously drive new ways of working and setting new standards for best practices with respect to marketplace partnership.

What you need to succeed:

5+ years of professional experience working within e-commerce industry working for digital business.

Experience as a Key Account Manager with a specialization in the Turkish market.

Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of digital marketing.

Understanding of the Turkish market, including trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.

Clear communication skills to deal with strategic marketplace conversations.

Fluent in English & Turkish spoken and written.

Strong analytical skills and ability to link customer insight knowledge into commercial actions.

Proven ability to achieve results working both strategically and operationally.

Additional Information

This is a

full-time

job located in Warsaw, Poland, with a local contract. The Key Account Manager Marketplace role is a part of the Digital Department and reports to the Head of Digital.
