Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder at BANDIER in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including product knowledge, communication, retail sales, customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting the store management team and maintaining the overall operations of the store.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of activewear brands, styles, and trends
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Retail Sales: Proven experience in retail sales, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction
Customer Experience: Ability to create a personalized and positive shopping experience for customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
Passion for fitness and activewear is a plus
