Responsibilities
Provide magical hair services, including gentle cuts, sparkly styling, and fairy-tale-worthy treatments tailored to each princess’s wishes.
Help maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment where families feel special from the moment they arrive.
Recommend hair care products and accessories to moms and dads with warmth and confidence.
Keep track of appointments using our easy-to-use booking system.
Be a team player, support and inspire your fellow fairies-in-training and help maintain our high standards of care and enchantment.
Communicate kindly and clearly with parents and children to ensure a positive and unforgettable experience.
Stay up to date on child-friendly trends and princess-worthy hairstyles to bring fresh ideas to the spa.
Skills
Skilled in basic hairstyling techniques — braiding, curling, light trims, and playful updos.
Friendly, patient, and confident working with children.
Creative spirit with an eye for sparkle and fun.
Great communication and customer service skills, especially with moms, dads, and little ones.
Bonus points for experience in children’s events, party environments, or salons.
Ability to work weekends and part-time shifts.
