Job Summary:
Dr. Scent is looking for a motivated and experienced Kiosks Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kiosks across all Emirates in the UAE. This role is vital to maintaining our brand image, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise kiosk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure all kiosks meet Dr. Scent’s brand and merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely restocking.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between kiosk teams and upper management.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Support the launch of new kiosks and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or kiosk management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail is a plus.
Proficient in using sales tracking and POS systems.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Willingness to travel across the UAE to manage kiosk locations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary ranging from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000, based on experience
