We are looking for the right candidates to join ourLadies Apparel team at Dillard’s Baton Rouge. Ourdresses departmentis a fast paced environment with huge sales opportunities. A successful candidate would be someone who can:
Provide excellent customer service while helping multiple guests
Work fitting rooms to ensure the guest is finding what they need
Process shipment effeciently and merchandise product to store standards to attract guests
Build customer relationships and actively do customer outreach to drive their business
Recover sales floor throughout the day and return merchandise to its proper area
In ourdesigner apparel departmentwe are looking for a strong sales person to provide personalized customer shopping experiences. A successful candidate would be someone who can:
Provide excellent and personalized customer service to VIP guests
Work fitting rooms to ensure the guest is finding what they need and suggestive sell
Process shipment effeciently and merchandise product to store standards to attract guests
Build customer relationships and actively do customer outreach to drive their business by booking appointments
Recover sales floor throughout the day and return merchandise to its proper area
A successful candidate must be able to do the following:
Dress professionally
Punctual & open availability
Fashionable and able to style outfits
Build relationships with customers & actively do customer outreach to drive their business
Able to engage with every customer and offer excellent customer service
Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain area standards
Create events to drive business to your counter with the assistance of your manager and corporate buyers
You will also be able to sell from all areas of Ladies Apparel. Other job duties besides sales and customer service are processing shipment, merchandising, and executing markdowns.

Regular hours are:
Monday – Saturday 11:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
*holiday hours during seasonal times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
