LASER & SKINCARE SPECIALIST

GEORGE (Garden Route) – Western Cape (South Africa), ZA

START: ASAP / August 2026

REPORT TO: Salon Manager / Owner

CONTRACT: Full-time employment (including 3-month probation)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Retail trading hours
  • Monday – Sunday
  • Days off on rotation

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

  • R9,000 – R12,000 BASIC Salary per month (Based on desired skills & experience)
  • Service & Retail Commission (tiered)
  • Performance incentives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Skin Care or Dermal Aesthetics
  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
  • BONUS – LASER / IPL Certified with confidence in Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation
  • At least 2+ years post grad experience in a high street Salon or Aesthetic Clinic
  • Proficient in all standard Beauty & Skin Care services as per formal training.
  • Confident retailer – ability to prescribe home care confidently
  • Able to work retail hours which include major holidays (annual leave taken during winter break)
