RONDEBOSCH – Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape (South Africa)

START: 01 May 2026 / ASAP

REPORT TO: Owner

Trading Hours & Shifts

  • Monday
    – Saturday
  • 08:30 – 18:00 (include lunch)
  • CLOSED on Sundays & Public Holidays

Salary & Company Benefits

  • R8,500 – R10,000 (Based on desired skills & experience)
  • Service Commission (Sliding Scale 5% – 14%)
  • Retail Commission 10% upon achieving R5,000 (commission is then calculated from R1+)
  • Performance incentives

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional salon or spa experience post-graduation
  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
  • DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)
  • BONUS
    – Dermal Aesthetics
    – Highly beneficial
  • BONUS – LASER / IPL Certified
  • Minimum of 2+ Years performing LASER services
  • Confident and knowledgeable on Hair Growth cycles, & the effects of LASER
  • Experience performing LASER rejuvenation facials therapies
  • Confident retailer – ability to prescribe home care confidently
