DISCRETIONARY $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS. 6 MONTHS FULL TIME EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Eyelash Stylist / Lash Technician Benefits
Competitive compensation averaging between $15-20 per hour with or without customers
Salon located in Houston’s wealthiest area with an affluent clientele
A fun, well-managed, and busy work environment
Stylists keep 100% of their tips
Bonus paid out $200 on every paycheck after the 90-day probationary period
We have 4 locations in need of stylists.
What we’re looking for in a lash stylist:
A licensed professional in esthetics or cosmetology
At least 6 months of full-time eyelash application experience with a full set completed in no more than 1.5 hours
A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills
Professional appearance at all times
Classic Full Set application time: 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes
Refill timing: 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes
Refills should last approximately 4 weeks, depending on the client’s natural eyelash cycle
Extensions should be replaced or removed during each refill; stacking is not accepted
