Overview
Guaranteed 32+ hours weekly pay even if there are no services booked.
Willing to pay a lot of money for Lash Technicians with at least 1-2 years of lash experience. Call studio to inquire.

Responsibilities
Design eyelash treatments based on our 4 styles and guest needs
Perform professional eyelash extension sessions
Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as per law and policies
Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio services and upgrades
Promote retail products for guest at-home use and aftercare
Create excellent guest experiences with a friendly attitude
Advise guests on lash aftercare and frequency
Generate new clientele through referrals
Participate in ongoing coaching and training with Regional Lash Trainer
Commit to continuous skill improvement through professional development
Qualifications
Licensed in esthetics/aesthetics or cosmetology
Willing to learn new lash and eye techniques
Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills
Professional appearance
Team-oriented attitude
If you lack experience, don’t worry, as we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to become proficient in eyelash extensions.
