Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Benefits

Qualifications
Licensed in esthetics/aesthetics or cosmetology in Tennessee

Ability to thrive in a team environment
If you lack experience in eyelash extension application, don’t worry — we provide extensive training.
Training & Responsibilities
Design and perform eyelash treatments based on our styles and guest needs
Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards
Promote and sell our services and retail products
Create excellent guest experiences with a friendly attitude
Provide lash aftercare education
Generate new clientele through referral programs
Participate in ongoing education and training
Must be licensed in Tennessee
